We provide boat charters and related experiences in and around Palm Coast and St. Augustine. Specific details (duration, route, pricing, what’s included) are shown on each service or trip description.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Booking: Your trip is confirmed only after we receive your booking and any required payment or deposit.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information, including names, ages of participants, and contact details.

• Payment: Prices are shown in the booking flow. Taxes, fees, and any additional charges will be displayed where applicable.

• Third‑Party Processors: Payments may be processed by third‑party providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to payment processing.

 

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Our cancellation and change policy may vary by trip or service. Unless otherwise stated:

• Your Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made within the stated cancellation window (if provided on the service page or confirmation email) may be eligible for a refund or credit, as described there.

  • Late cancellations or no‑shows may result in partial or no refund.

       We may cancel or reschedule a trip due to weather, safety concerns, vessel issues, or other circumstances. In             these cases, we will make reasonable efforts to:

• Offer an alternative date or time, or

• Provide a refund or credit, as described in your booking details.

4. Weather, Safety & Captain’s Authority

Safety is our top priority.

​

• The captain has full authority over the vessel and may change the route, shorten the trip, or cancel/reschedule due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, or passenger behavior.

• You agree to follow all safety instructions given by the captain or crew, including life jacket use and conduct on board.

• We are not responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as weather, tides, or wildlife activity.

5. Participant Responsibilities

 

By booking a trip, you confirm that:

 

• You and all participants are physically able to safely participate in the trip.

• You will inform us of any relevant medical conditions, mobility issues, or special needs in advance.

• Children will be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• You will arrive on time at the designated meeting point.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or illegal, without refund.

 

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability

 

Boating and water‑based activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, changing weather, and water conditions.

By participating in our trips, you:

 

• Understand and accept these risks.

• Agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden Waterways Charters, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

 

7. Personal Belongings

 

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought on board or left at the dock.
