Meet Captain Frank
Captain Frank Mastriacovo was raised in Palm Coast and has been exploring the waterways of Flagler, Volusia and St. Johns counties since childhood. He started fishing these waters at just five years old and got his first boat at thirteen. What began as a childhood passion grew into a lifelong connection to the waterways and the wildlife that calls them home.
Today, as a licensed OUPV captain and the owner of Hidden Waterways Charters, Captain Frank shares that connection with guests through fishing trips, wildlife encounters, scenic cruises and unique adventures on the water.
Safety is always the first priority, along with respecting the waterways and protecting the wildlife that makes this area so special. Whether we're looking for dolphins and manatees, exploring a quiet marsh, watching the sunset or simply enjoying a day on the water, the goal is to give every guest an authentic experience of the coast he has known for most of his life.
